I used to skate board, but I didn't have a good board. I just did straight skate boarding. This new board is great! I chose the camouflage cover because I want to be a Marine some day. I want to serve my country and preserve the freedom we have. I'm pretty much a city guy, so I'd love to have a family that enjoys going to movies, going out to eat together, swimming and doing things together as a family. I'd like a dad that's not too strict and has fair rules and discipline, like grounding sometimes, but not all the time. I'd like to hang out with my dad doing things like shopping for power tools and learning how to use them together. I want a family because I don't want to move around so much. I want to relax and know I'm staying. I want them to treat me fairly, and I know that trust has to be earned. I would show my family that I care about them by helping around the house. I want parents who give hugs and encourage me. I hope they're loving and caring and have good personalities. I like to kid around, so not too serious." Described as a "boy at heart who always does his best," Noel is well liked by his child protection and adoption caseworkers. He has experienced sharp losses, so they're only interested in committed parent(s) who understand the effects of abuse and neglect. He deserves someone who understands the challenges ADHD can present in school and help him build his abilities through areas of strength. Noel also needs someone who genuinely loves teenagers and knows how to connect with them. Parent(s) who plug into Noel's desire for a family that plays together and stays together will be blessed with his sense of humor and quiet charm. If you can see yourself at his side, cooking up a storm in the kitchen or buzzing though projects in a workshop, you may share Noel's vision of a supportive mom and/or dad.
